For over 40 years, Our Company certified technicians have performed thousands of preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) and handled major and minor repairs for all makes and models of cremation equipment. From calibrations, rebuilding refractory, replacing exhaust stack, repairing electrical control panels, installing new safety features to the equipment, etc…we take great pride in being your single-source for crematory service & repair. We invite you to utilize one of our conveniently located regional service centers to assist you with any/all your crematory needs.
Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI)
Periodical inspection of your equipment is critical for operational efficiencies and operator, facility safety. Our appointment includes the review of over 32 checkpoints and all necessary adjustments.
Scope of the comprehensiveness of our PMI visit is the following:
Refractory – Inspect all refractory areas including the stack.Cremation Repair
* Mechanical – Inspect, Lubricate and Adjust the air blower, burners, hydraulics and draft system.
* Electrical – Inspect electrical system including limit switches, timers & controllers.
* Calibration – Adjustments of burner firing rate, air, fuel & oxygen settings to factory specifications.
* Safety Evaluation – Inspect all clearances for equipment/stack. Evaluate safety components & devices.
* Documentation – Provide in-depth analysis of equipment condition with written recommendations.
While at your facility, we’ll inspect the stack condition, proper clearances and condition of your cremains processor.
Annual Service Programs
The OUYA, Annual Service Program is designed to manage the necessary maintenance, service and repair of your cremation equipment. The goal of our program is to provide your facility with the added protection of having a certified OUYA’s technician at your facility routinely every 6 months (2 visits per year) who is there to help control operational costs, minimize unexpected emergencies and keep your equipment running at optimal performance. Being registered in this program provides a powerful compliance for inspectors and insurance agencies for it demonstrates a proactive position of protecting the safety of your operators, facility and the environment.
